Slow Cooker Bacon Wrapped Lamb Chops

ingredients
4 slices bacon
4 lamb chops, trimmed
2 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
4 ounces sliced mushrooms
directions
Wrap one slice of bacon around each chops, secure with toothpicks. Place chops in crock pot. Cover; cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. Remove chops from crock pot. Remove bacon and toothpicks from chops.
Drain out any liquid from crock pot. Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of crock pot. Top with lamb chops and remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on low for 4-6 hours.
