Slow Cooker Lemon Chicken With Rice

ingredients
1 cup long grain white rice
1 small onion, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup water
1 dash Tabasco sauce
6 bone-in, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Combine the rice, onion, oil, garlic, wine, water, and tabasco in the crock pot. Mix well.
Place the chicken on top. Pour the lemon juice over the top. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked. Serve the chicken breasts with the rice.
