Frogs' Legs With Mushrooms And Green Peppers

ingredients
1 1/2 pound frog legs
flour
salt and pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 pound mushrooms, washed, quartered
3 green peppers, seeded, cut in pieces

Heat a skillet over medium heat. While the skillet is heating, dredge the frog legs in flour seasoned as desired with salt and pepper, shake off any excess.
Add the butter to the skillet. Add the frog legs and cook, turning, until lightly browned. Add the mushrooms and green peppers. Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to low, let cook for 15-20 minutes or until the frog legs are tender.
Serve hot.
