Black Bean Stroganoff

ingredients
12 ounces egg noodles, medium
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless beef, cut in thin strips
1 small onions, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup black bean sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup parsley, minced
directions
Cook noodles as package directs. Drain and keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon butter and vegetable oil in large skillet over high heat. Add beef and saute for 2 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet.
Melt remaining butter in same skillet. Add onion and saute for 2 minutes or until tender. Mix in beef, sour cream, black bean sauce, pepper and salt. Heat through.
Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Serve over noodles.
