Baked Beef Stroganoff

ingredients
2 pounds round steak, cut into 1" cubes
1/4 cup butter
garlic salt, to taste
1 cup sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 package egg noodles
directions
Brown meat in butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Put meat in a casserole or any baking pan.
Mix cream of mushroom soup with sour cream. Pour over meat. Cover and bake at 300 degrees F for 2-1/4 hours.
Serve over egg noodles.
