Shrimp & Bamboo Shoots

ingredients
1 pound cooked cleaned shrimp
8 ounces scallions, cut in 2 inch pieces
8 ounces drained canned bamboo shoots
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 teaspoons sherry extract
1 teaspoon sugar or sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Place shrimp,scallions and bamboo shoots in saucepan.
Combine soy sauce, sherry extract, artificial sweetener and pepper. Pour over shrimp-vegetable mixture. Cook, covered, over low heat 5 minutes or until heated through.
