I've made this for work and for a party for about 40+ ppl and it's been a HIT every time! So simple and I always get ppl who want the recipe. I DO use a little more chili powder then suggested but I'm from the South and we like it spicy!

made some changes
1. double chili powder amount
2. teaspoon of crushed pepper (like a little more kick)
3. blended smooth in blender after done.unable to fork chop meat into small enough pieces
Everybody loved my first try
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!
