1 1/2 pound ring bologna
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
3 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
chili powder, optional
Grind bologna, onion and green pepper together. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 4 hours or until the consistency you like. Stir so it does not burn on bottom of pan.

I tried all the A&W copycats. This is okay - not A&W but better then those recipes with celery seeds and sugar.
