Chocolate Walnut Sauce

ingredients
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 dash salt
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts, chopped
directions
In heavy sauce pan melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Stir in sugar and salt.
Gradually stir in cream. Cook and stir over medium low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until sauce is smooth and satiny. Stir in vanilla and walnuts.
Store in sealed container in refrigerator. Warm over low heat before serving.
