1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon amaretto or other liqueur
directions
Bring cream to a simmer in a small saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until it is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in liqueur.
