1 2/3 cup water
4 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon dry milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup diced dried apple
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
directions
Precisely measure ingredients and add them into the baking pan in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.
NOTE: Make sure the yeast does not touch any liquid.
Insert the baking pan in the center of the oven cavity and press down on it until it clicks into place. Close the lid. Plug the unit into electric outlet. Select Basic Wheat and Press Start.
Add the diced dried apple when the Add beep sounds. When Bread is done, Remove the bread. If blades remain in the bread, use a plastic spoon or spatula to remove. Be sure to unplug the unit.
