The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
12 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 package (8 ounce size) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 package (8 ounce size) feta cheese, crumbled
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Pour into a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and parsley.
Bake for 30 to 32 minutes or until almost set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
