ingredients
2 cups unseasoned bread cubes
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
5 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/3 cup chopped pepperoni
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Place bread cubes in bottom of greased 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Cover with cheese. In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, and seasoning; pour over bread and cheese. Top with pepperoni. Bake for 35 to 45 minute or until center is set.
