ingredients
3 1/2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
5 eggs, beaten
1 pound bacon or sausage, cooked
directions
Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into greased 13" x 9" pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
NOTE: You can also add canned mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and so on, depending on what you may want in it.
