Ham And Cheese Breakfast Casserole

ingredients
1 package (5.5 ounce size) Italian seasoned croutons
1 package (12 ounce size) diced ham, drained
1 package (9 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 package (8 ounce size) shredded Italian-blend cheese
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
10 eggs
1 1/2 cup half and half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Layer croutons, ham, spinach, and cheeses in baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over cheeses. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Serve immediately.
