24 eggs
2 cups sour cream
2 cups chopped green onion
2 pounds diced turkey ham
1 can (10 ounce size) diced Rotel tomatoes
1 can (15 ounce size) stewed tomatoes
1 box (2 lb size) Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 cup black olives (sliced)
10 slices tomatoes for garnish
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
directions
Combine all ingredients and bake in a greased (very large) casserole pan at 325 degrees F for one hour or until center is firmly set. You can make this the night before and place in a 250 degrees F oven 30 minutes before serving. Freezes well.
