A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

This is an amazing casserole. Made it along with the Impossible Breakfast Pie for guest for Mother's Day Brunch. It was perfect with muffins, fruit and of course Mimosas. Can't go wrong with this recipe. Everyone loved it and so easy to make! This will definitely go into my recipe box.
