1 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 pint low fat cottage cheese
6 large fresh eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
croissant crumbs

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9" x 9" pan. Sprinkle with cheese.

Whisk together milk, flour, cottage cheese, eggs and melted butter. Pour egg/milk mixture into pan and dust top with croissant crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes.
