1 1/3 cup non-fat sour cream, at room temperature
1 egg white
1/2 cup egg substitute
3 tablespoons sugar substitute
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Combine the ingredients in the order recommended by the bread machine manufacturer. Use the white bread, light crust setting.
When the bread is done baking, remove the pan from the machine and let the bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan then remove the bread to a wire rack to cool
When the no fat, no sugar bread is completely cool, slice and store in an airtight container.
