1/2 cup sugar-free iced tea mix

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 star anise
1 orange peel in a continuous spiral peel
1 lemon peel in a continuous spiral peel
2 gallons water
cinnamon sticks (2 inch size)
Combine all the ingredients except the cinnamon sticks in a large pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer.
