Red Hot Slow Cooker Caramel Apples

ingredients
4 tart apples, cored
1/2 cup apple juice
8 tablespoons brown sugar
12 red hot candies
4 tablespoons butter
8 caramels, unwrapped
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
directions
Place apples in bottom of crockpot. Pour apple juice over top.
In the center of each apple, place 2 tbsp brown sugar, 3 red hot candies, 1 tbsp butter, and two caramel candies. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
Cover; cook on low 4-6 hours or until apples are soft. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
