1 package yellow cake mix, regular size
1/2 cup flaked coconut
2 1/2 cups sliced, peeled baking apples
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sour cream

directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

I grew up enjoying this fall apple dish! You cannot go wrong with making it and taking it someplace or just letting the family dig in and enjoy! The recipe card that I have is from the side of the original cake box! Go pick your apples and enjoy!!!!

This recipe goes back 35 short years ago in my life. It is delightfully different and out of this world. Try it, you won't go wrong!!! It is good warm or cold, just make sure you get a piece. Once it is served they will return for 2nds and 3rds.
