ingredients
1 1/2 cup dried mixed fruit
1/2 cup raisins
1 can (8 ounce size) pineapple chunks and juice
1 large Granny Smith apple, chopped
3 cups cranberry cocktail
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup water
directions
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot and stir well.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours.
Remove the cinnamon stick. Serve the soup warm or place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and serve chilled.
