15 whole cloves
1 whole orange, washed
2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
2 quarts apple cider
1/2 cup sugar
2 cinnamon sticks (3 inch size)
orange slices, for serving
Insert the cloves into the rind of the unpeeled, whole orange. Place in the crock pot.
Add the cranberry juice, apple cider, sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Gently stir.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours. Ladle into individual mugs and garnish with orange slices.
