Banana Split Pizza

30-60 minutes
ingredients
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup flour
1 package (8 ounce size) pineapple flavored cream cheese
2 medium bananas, thinly sliced
1/3 cup chocolate fudge sauce
1/3 cup crushed pineapple
1/3 cup maraschino cherries, halved
1/4 cup nuts, chopped
directions
Beat butter in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat until combined.
Beat in egg yolk and vanilla until combined. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in any remaining flour with a wooden spoon.
Spread dough in a lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for about 20 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
Just before serving, spread with cream cheese. Arrange banana slices over cream cheese. Spoon fudge sauce over bananas. Cover with crushed pineapple.
Sprinkle with cherry halves and nut topping. Cut into wedges. Refrigerate leftovers.
