1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
28 ounces crushed fire roasted Italian tomatoes, undrained
28 ounces crushed Italian tomatoes, undrained
directions
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic, basil, parsley and oregano, saute 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Stir in vinegar and remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes
