Ham Soup

ingredients
1 pound cooked ham, diced
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (16 ounce size) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (16 ounce size) stewed tomatoes, drained
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
3 cups water
directions
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
Stir well before serving and adjust the seasoning as needed.

This soup was really good. I added 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder & a bay leaf. I had the ham bone, so I included that (always adds flavor).
