under 30 minutes
ingredients
1 can (6 ounce size) tuna, drained
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
directions
Preheat 8-inch skillet to medium-high. Melt butter. Add flour to butter, and whisk together. Cook for about a minute without burning the flour. Add milk; whisk together, make sure to stir out all lumps. Turn down heat to medium.
Meanwhile, crumble tuna and add to gravy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat until bubbling. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until sauce starts to thicken and gravy if full of tuna flavor. Remove from heat.
Stir in a little more butter if desired. Serve over biscuits or buttered toast.

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
