ingredients

2 cans (6 ounce size) tuna, drained
1 can (10.75 ounce size) condensed cream of celery soup
3 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cup crushed potato chips

directions

Grease the crock pot.

In a bowl, gently toss together then tuna, soup, eggs, celery, mayo, black pepper, and 1 1/4 cup of the potato chips until just combined. Take care not to break up the tuna and eggs too much.

Place the tuna mixture in the greased crock pot and top with the remaining potato chip crumbs.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or until heated through.

Very good. Doesn't need 5-8 hours though. 3 hours was fine.
