ingredients
1 pound salmon fillets (skin off)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 jar (16 ounce size) mild salsa
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons vermouth
directions
Preheat saute pan.
Strain the salsa well. Combine it with the mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice and vermouth. Mix well.
Drop the fillets in the sauce and coat well. Place the fillet on the hot skillet. Cook for 6 minutes, turn and cook for another 5 minutes.
