ingredients
8 ounces uncooked medium noodles
1 1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can (16 ounce size) salmon, drained
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and salmon. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole (greased). Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
