Grilled Salmon With Mustard-Molasses Glaze

ingredients
1/2 cup coarse-grained mustard
1/2 cup molasses
1 cup red wine vinegar
6 salmon fillets, (4 to 5 ounces each)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
directions
Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Brush with half of mustard mixture.
Grill, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400 to 500 degrees F) 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. Baste with remaining mustard mixture.
