ingredients

1 package McCormick Grill Mates baja citrus marinade
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon McCormick dried cilantro leaves
2 pounds salmon fillets

directions

Mix marinade mix, orange juice, oil, lime peel and juice, and cilantro in small bowl. Place salmon in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade and turn to coat well.

Refrigerate 15 minutes. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
