Baked Salmon Fillets with Almond Crumb Crust

ingredients
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped almonds
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 dash salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg white
1 1/2 pound salmon fillets, cut in serving pieces
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and spray a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray. Dredge fish in egg white, then into combined bread crumbs, parsley, almonds and seasonings. Bake 10-20 minutes until flakes with fork.
