3 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Remove from heat and add half and half, sherry, parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Add turkey and cooked spaghetti and mix well. Pour mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
