4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates garlic & onion medley seasoning
2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
directions
Mix butter and seasoning in large bowl. Add sweet potatoes; toss to coat evenly.
Place sweet potatoes in center of a large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Bring up sides of foil; double fold top and ends to tightly seal packet.
Grill over medium-high heat 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning packet over halfway through cook time.
