1 package (8 ounce size) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 can (15 ounce size) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 tub (8 ounce size) Cool Whip frozen topping, thawed
directions
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese on medium speed with an electric mixer until it is fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and beat until incorporated.
Fold the the pineapple and cool whip. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator until well chilled.
Serve as a spread on Ritz crackers (the salty sweet combo is delicious).
