It was a good dip but a little sweet for my taste, so I added 3/4 cup of sour cream. I also used fresh ginger(1 tablespoon). I keep peeled ginger in the freezer and use a fine grater when I need it. I would also recommend leaving the cream cheese out at room temperature to avoid a lumpy dip.
