When was the last time someone said "wow, I regret eating that healthy avocado wrap"? Never. Veggies and chicken mixed with honey mustard dressing make a revitalizing wrap that you'll have zero regrets about.

1 large spinach tortilla
1/2 avocado diced
1/2 (6 ounce size) cucumber cut into spears
6 leaves green leaf lettuce, salad size
2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 (6 ounce size) cooked chicken breast, diced
1 ounce carrot, shredded
1 ounce honey mustard salad dressing
In a mixing bowl, shred the leaf lettuce; add shredded carrot,honey mustard dressing, diced chicken, and avocado. Mix together well.
Lay out tortilla, evenly sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese, then add lettuce mixture over cheese, leaving about 2 inches on both sides. Add cucumber spears facing left to right so when you roll the wrap they will roll with.
Fold left side in and right side in then roll bottom up. Cut in half at angle and serve.
