1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon minced fresh basil
1 teaspoon minced shallots
1 teaspoon minced watercress
1 lemon, juiced
2 cups salted butter
directions
In the bowl of a food processor or mixer, combine all ingredients. Beat until smooth, about 4 minutes.
Pack into molds or a glass container with a lid, and refrigerate. Keeps up to 1 week.
