Honey Walnut Scones

ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles cornmeal.
Add honey, egg, milk, walnuts. Mix until just combined.
With an ice cream scoop, scoop out mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in oven approximately 15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with honey butter.
