ingredients
1 small head green cabbage, sliced thinly (remove core)
1 large sweet carrot shredded
Dressing
1 cup quality mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon champagne vinegar (or to taste)
1 teaspoon granulated sugar (or to taste)
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Combine cabbage and carrots.
Mix dressing separately. Blend dressing very well into vegetable mixture. Adjust seasonings as desired.
Serve at once or refrigerate until needed.
