Chili's removed this dessert from the menu quite a while ago but you can still make this decadent treat at home with this copycat version. You can use any brownie mix you'd like but for the closest results use a good quality, fudgy mix. Also be sure to account for the larger pan size called for in the recipe. The directions on most brownie mixes are for a smaller pan which makes for thicker brownies. You can bake them in a smaller pan but you would either have to make the brownies smaller to get the same number of servings or simply make fewer sundaes than the recipe calls for.

ingredients
1 package fudge chocolate brownie mix, plus ingredients to prepare 1 package (14 ounce size) English walnuts, coarsely chopped 1 jar (6 ounce size) fudge topping vanilla ice cream, slightly softened 6 maraschino cherries with stems, drained
directions
Prepare the brownies as directed on the package adding in 1 1/4 cups of the walnuts to the batter. Bake in a 9x13-inch baking dish using the directions on the brownie mix package. Be very careful to not overbake as the brownies will be thinner than the package directions call for so you may need to reduce the cooking time by a few minutes.
Let the brownies cool a little (do not let cool completely, just cool enough to handle). Cut the brownies into 4-inch by 4-inch squares.
Heat the fudge topping (in the microwave or on the stovetop as per the jar instructions).
Place one brownie square on a serving plate. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pour fudge over the top, sprinkle with walnuts, and top with a maraschino cherry.
although a delicious recipe, i've worked at chili's for almost 4 years and have never heard of this...although there is a chocolate molten lava cake.
non the less, still tasty.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
