This was a DISASTER. The amount of water used doesn't correspond to the amount called for. The recipes calls for 1 1/2 cups but only use 1 1/4 cups. The recipe calls for 2.75 pudding size package and the smallest size in the stores here is 3.9 If there is a specific brand that comes in that size perhaps that should be included in the recipe. I know it isn't Jello Instant Pudding. The edges, which were the only part that fully cooked in the time frame, didn't taste very good, and the middle was a gooey, uncooked mess. It was a total waste of time, energy and ingredients.

Very fudgy and gooey and delicious. Scooped it out into bowls and drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream.
