English tea (loose)
cinnamon stick
lump sugar
directions
Prepare English tea according to package directions (use loose tea). Tea should be infused until it is a bright orange color.
Upon serving, place 1/2-inch pieces of stick cinnamon in small tea cups and pour hot tea over the cinnamon. Serve with lump sugar.
