Easy Vegetable Lo Mein

ingredients
2 packages (3 ounce size) ramen noodles soup mix (any flavor)
1 tablespoon butter
1 package (16 ounce size) frozen vegetable combination, thawed (like broccoli, onion, red peppers, etc.)
1 can (8 ounce size) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup roasted soy nuts
1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
directions
Remove seasoning packet from ramen noodles. Discard or store for use in another recipe, if desired. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling, add thawed vegetables and water chestnuts. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are heated through (3-4 minutes).
Add cooked noodles, soy nuts, and stir-fry sauce to vegetables. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (2-3 minutes).
