Creamy Slow Cooker Turkey Casserole With Chow Mein Noodles

ingredients
2 cups chopped cooked turkey (or chicken)
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 can (14 ounce size) dry chow mein noodles
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 can (10.75 ounce size) condensed cream of mushroom soup
directions
Combine the turkey, peas, onion, celery, bell pepper, and all but 1/3 cup of the chow mein noodles in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix the mayo, milk, and mushroom soup until blended. Stir the mayo mixture into the turkey mixture and stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
Pour it into the crock pot and top with the remaining chow mein noodles.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours or until everything is heated through. Serve hot.
