Dill Turkey Breast

ingredients
3 pounds boneless breast of turkey
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dill weed
directions
Place turkey in crockpot. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dill weed. Add water and vinegar to crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 7-9 hours.
Remove meat. Combine flour, sour cream and remaining dill weed. Increase crockpot temperature to high. Stir in flour mixture. Cook on high for 10 minutes.
Slice meat and return to crockpot. Mix well and serve warm.

This was good, but use chicken broth instead of water. It gives it much more flavor.
