Texas Ground Beef Hash

ingredients
2 green bell peppers, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 pound ground beef
2 cups cooked tomatoes
1 cup cooked rice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
buttered bread crumbs
directions
Saute peppers and onions in oil until tender. Add ground beef and brown. Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
Arrange in greased baking dish; top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F until crumbs are brown.
