ingredients
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups low-fat milk
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with half the milk. Beat in flour and salt until smooth. Stir in melted butter and remaining milk.

This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.
